Since the introduction, in 2012, of the EU Regulation on succession Law matters, we have expanded our practice by specialising in inheritance and succession procedures for EU and non-EU nationals and all related matters falling within the scope of the Regulation.

We appear before the Courts for all probate related applications and procedures including applications for the grant or probate orders, proof of wills and re-sealing of probate grants.
